Renowned tennis coach Patrick Mouratoglou thinks the Australian Open is the big loser in the whole Novak Djokovic mess. After being granted a medical exemption for the Australian Open, Djokovic landed in Australia on January 5. Upon his arrival, Djokovic had his visa canceled and was placed in detention. Djokovic appealed the decision and on Monday had his reinstated after winning his appeal in court. On Friday, Immigration Minister Alex Hawke exercised his power to cancel the visa of Djokovic for a second time. Djokovic appealed the decision and on Sunday lost his Australia visa appeal in the federal court. Djokovic, a record nine-time Australian Open champion, won’t be chasing a record 21st Grand Slam title at Melbourne Park this year. …
