World No. 11 Hubert Hurkacz admitted it was extremely challenging for him to make a good preparation for the 2022 season after a long and exhausting 2021 season. Hurkacz, who won his maiden Masters title in Miami last year and achieved a career-high ranking of No.9, defeated Alexander Bublik 6-3 6-1 in his Dubai opener on Tuesday.
