Madrid Masters tournament director Feliciano Lopez reveals he has been asked a lot lately about Novak Djokovic’s participation at the Madrid Masters. Djokovic, who the Australian authorities didn’t let compete to compete at the Australian Open because he was unvaccinated, confirmed last week to the BBC that he is still unvaccinated. In an interview with the BBC, Djokovic made it clear that he is sticking to his principles and that he is willing to skip tournaments that require its participants to be fully vaccinated. Djokovic admitted this week in Dubai that he is unlikely to play the Indian Wells because the tournament as it stands now will require its participants to be fully vaccinated.
