Team-mates of Liverpool and Manchester United target Cody Gakpo have revealed they are ‘very proud’ of the 22-year-old for attracting interest from the Premier League.PSV Eindhoven star Gakpo has been in great form this season, registering 13 goals and 13 assists in 33 matches so far. That includes a goal and assist during the recent 5-0 thrashing of Vitesse, during which Gakpo captained the side.
The left winger, who can also operate on the right flank or at centre-forward, is now a full Netherlands international. He is on one goal from four caps as things stand and looks set for a bright future with the Oranje.
