Manchester United have asked the representatives of Robert Lewandowski to keep them in the loop over the striker’s future, according to a report.The 33-year-old has become – and maintained his status as – one of Europe’s elite strikers in recent seasons. In fact, last term he broke Gerd Muller’s record of goals in a Bundesliga campaign, netting 41.
Overall, Poland international Lewandowski scored 48 times last season. This season, meanwhile, he has already struck 39 and is therefore on course to match – or even beat – that tally.
