Manchester United have been told by one observer that Mauricio Pochettino is not good enough to lead a resurgence at Old Trafford and that his appointment might not have the desired affect.United are preparing themselves for what will surely be one of the most significant summers in their history. Interim manager Ralf Rangick has steadied the ship since replacing Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and will move into an advisory role. With regards their players, the club are also preparing for up to 11 exits, with a host of big names due to depart.
Rangnick will have a big say on who United’s next boss will be, with director Richard Arnold making the final call.
Confused reports have flitted between Rangnick having a preference for Pochettino or other leading contender Erik Ten Hag.
