Former world No. 1 Naomi Osaka has been granted a wildcard into the Miami Masters, the tournament announced. Osaka, who has plummeted to No. 78 in the world, was the obvious choice for a one of the wildcards. Osaka, 24, is set to make her sixth appearance on the hard courts of Miami. Osaka debuted at the Miami Masters in 2016, when she made the third round before losing to Timea Babos.
