Man Utd could dismiss interim manager Ralf Rangnick before the end of the season after privately admitting they made a mistake, per a report.The veteran German, 63, was drafted in to replace Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as Manchester United manager in November. Solskjaer had overseen three trophy-less years at the Old Trafford helm during a period where bitter rivals Liverpool and Man City grew stronger and stronger.
Humbling defeats to that pair, along with Watford, saw the Norwegian axed early into his fourth campaign. That then led to United taking the surprise step of appointing an interim boss, rather than a permanent one.
Rangnick was the man drafted in to fill the void upon signing a three-year contract.
