Chelsea have received a rare piece of good news regarding Aurelien Tchouameni, though they won’t have a transfer for the the French ace all their own way, per a report.The Blues’ off-field turmoil sees them currently unable to sign or sell players this summer. They are also unable to negotiate new contracts with their current stars, thus putting the futures of their impending free agents in serious doubt.
However, once the club’s takeover has been completed, normal service will resume. By all accounts, that is expected to take place prior to the summer transfer window opening.
