Former world No. 1 Tracy Austin has called for the ATP to “step up” its sanctions after the Jenson Brooksby and Nick Kyrgios incidents. In Miami, Brooksby threw his racket and hit a ball boy. Fortunately, the ball boy wasn’t hurt and Brooksby quickly went to check out on the ball kid. In Indian Wells, Kyrgios threw his racket that bounced all the way down the court and nearly hit a ball kid. Kyrgios apologized to the ball kid and after the match reached out to the kid. The ball kid accepted Kyrgios’ apologiy and also his racket which the Australian gifted him. “Was calling the match-Brooksby threw his racket twice.
