New world No. 1 Iga Swiatek has withdrawn from Charleston due to an arm injury, the tournament announced. Swiatek, 20, was scheduled to make her debut on the clay courts of Charleston this year. On Saturday, Swiatek defeated Naomi Osaka in the Miami Masters final. Shortly after, Swiatek pulled out of Charleston.
