Liverpool are set to delay the announcement of the signing of Fulham star Fabio Carvalho, according to a source.Carvalho was in action for the Championship leaders on Sunday, but he could not stop them falling to a shock 3-1 defeat. The 19-year-old, who has seven goals and seven assists from 29 league appearances, played in behind Aleksandar Mitrovic in the home reverse.
Liverpool have already hammered out a deal for the attacker they tried to sign in January. As per Fabrizio Romano, the Reds have agreed a £5m fee plus £2.7m in add-ons. There was a chance of the transfer going to a tribunal, but the two clubs have come to an agreement.
