Tottenham have reportedly named their price for Brazilian right-back Emerson Royal after the player admitted he was a target for Atletico Madrid.The Brazilian was signed in 2021 when he swapped Barcelona for north London in a £25.8m deal. However, the right-back has struggled to hold down a regular first-team spot, especially since Antonio Conte’s arrival at the club.
Matt Doherty has often been preferred ahead of the 23-year-old. However, he did start the 4-0 win at Aston Villa, with Doherty lining up on the left.
But speaking recently, Royal admitted interest from Atletico Madrid in snapping up his signature.
