Trent Alexander-Arnold has revealed the message that Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp delivered to his players at half-time against Manchester City on Sunday.Klopp’s men made a blistering start to the second half and scored through Sadio Mane within a minute of the restart. City had taken the lead through Kevin de Bruyne, but Diogo Jota equalised soon after. Gabriel Jesus put City ahead 10 minutes before half-time only Mane to level as the game ended 2-2.
City had started the better of the two sides and were deservedly ahead at the break. Liverpool though were more of a threat in the second half, although City thought they had won the game through Raheem Sterling only to see his goal chalked off for offside.
