Paris Saint-Germain are leading the race to sign Paul Pogba on a free transfer after Ralf Rangnick confirmed the Frenchman will not be staying with Manchester United.Pogba is out of contract at the end of the season and it is no surprise that he is leaving Old Trafford. However now that Rangnick has confirmed the news, Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola can step up the process. And it is PSG who are in the box seat.
