Arsenal have reportedly been given a major lift to their hopes of bringing Serge Gnabry back to the club at the end of this season.The flying winger struggled to make an impact during his time at The Emirates. However, he has since gone on to become one of European football’s most feared attackers during his time in Germany.
Gnabry has won every competition going during his time at Bayern, who are keen for him to stay put.
However, the 26-year-old is seemingly keen on a fresh challenge and The Sun reports that he has rejected offers of a contract extension from the Bundesliga champions.
Bayern have so offered to double Gnabry’s salary, but he remains reluctant to accept their bid and commit his future to the club.
