Jake Paul beat former MMA fighter Ben Askren in his previous match
Jake Paul is now looking at his fourth professional fight as he is set to face former UFC champion Tyron Woodley (19-7-1) in his first fight for pay-per-view broadcasters, Showtime Boxing. Another week, another YouTuber boxing match.
While the debate around whether influencers/celebrity boxers add something to the sports or detract from its integrity, the fact remains that Paul is unbeaten in his first three fights. That being said, Ben Askren was his first real test against a trained fighter and as well as being retired from MMA, admitted that he barely trained as he was so confident of the win.
