West Ham have been urged to accept an offer of £70million from Arsenal from Declan Rice this summer, despite it being £30m less than the Hammers want for the midfielder.
Former Aston Villa striker Gabby Agbonlahor feels that £70m would be a “realistic” for the England star, especially giveb that he will be out of contract next summer.
Indeed, Agbonlahor claims that it would be “really bad business” for the London Stadium club to reject that sort of figure and just allow the 24-year-old to walk away for nothing in 2024.
