Old Firm rivals Celtic and Rangers are reportedly in the mix with a trio of other clubs to sign Los Angeles FC forward Kwadwo Opoku this summer.
With Ange Postecoglou swapping Glasgow for north London, Celtic need to find a new manager first but they are keeping their eyes open for any potential bargains ahead of what could be a busy summer.
Rangers, meanwhile, are also looking to bolster Michael Beale’s squad after a number of high-profile exits since the season concluded.
And, according to Fussball Transfers, the two clubs have the 21-year-old Opoku in their sights.
They will face rivals for his signature though, with Stuttgart having scouted the player for a year and already made contact over a potential transfer.
However, the German side has not made an official offer, with the LA wanting between €3.7-4.8m for the attacker.
