Brentford are reportedly closing in on the signing of Wolves defender Nathan Collins after a breakthrough in talks over a deal.
The London club are known to have already had a number of offers rejected for the 22-year-old centre-back this summer, but the two clubs are inching closer to an agreement.
Football Insider reports that Thomas Frank’s men are confident of finalising the deal with their Premier League rivals this week as they look to make Collins their third signing of the summer.
The FI report adds that Wolves have reluctantly agreed to sell Collins just a year after his arrival from Burnley as they look to bolster their finances due to Financial Fair Play fears.
