Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly working on a deal to sign highly-rated Celta Vigo youngster Gabri Veiga ahead of a host of Premier League clubs, including the likes of Liverpool and Newcastle.
The 21-year-old enjoyed a tremendous 2022/23 campaign, scoring 11 goals and adding four assists in 40 games for the club in all competitions as Celta finished 13th in the LaLiga table.
That form has attracted interest from some of Europe’s biggest clubs for a player who has a €40million (£34.6million) release clause in his contract.
At that price, considering Veiga’s tender age, it’s no surprise whatsoever that Liverpool, Newcastle, Chelsea and Manchester City have all shown an interest in his service …
