Erik ten Hag and his new senior Manchester United colleagues met in Amsterdam on Thursday for a crunch meeting, a report has claimed.The Red Devils are finally coming to the end of a lacklustre season but have an exciting new chapter ahead. Last month, the club announced Dutchman Ten Hag as their new manager from next season.
In between then and now, though, the 52-year-old has had to remain focused on Ajax’s push for the Eredivisie title.
However, the Dutch giants clinched the third league triumph of Ten Hag’s four-and-a-half-year reign on Wednesday.
As such, The Telegraph claims that the manager has subsequently got straight to work planning for next season.
Ten Hag, Steve McClaren, Mitchell van der Gaag and John Murtough all met in Amsterdam on Thursday to talk United’s strategy going forwards.
