Anthony Joshua is without a shadow of a doubt one of the biggest names in the sport of boxing.
The heavyweight superstar has amassed millions since his professional debut back in 2013.
Joshua is set to fight Robert Helenius this weekend as he looks to make it two wins in a row against the Finnish heavyweight. The Brit was supposed to fight Dillian Whyte, but his rematch against ‘The Body Snatcher’ was cancelled after adverse findings in a VADA drugs test.
Joshua returned to the ring in April for the first time since his defeat to Usyk. The Brit defeated Jermaine Franklin via unanimous decision at the O2 Arena in London.

What is his net worth?
In May 2023, Forbes reported that Joshua’s net worth was £41.6m ($53m).
The Watford local has earned millions over his last 10 fights and it looks as if it could get better for the heavyweight.
It is fair to say that Joshua is a big presence on social media, with 15m followers on Instagram, 7.2m followers on Facebook and 3.4m followers on Twitter.
Between 2019 and 2020 he spent around £7.5m on properties, according to the Mirror, with his total expenditure on new homes coming to around £10m.
He has over a dozen properties in his portfolio – including one worth £1m in north London and three in Watford worth a combined of £1.5m.
Joshua is a smart man. He has his own website where fans can get kitted out in his AJBXING gear – selling boxing gloves, sportswear, hats and fitness accessories.

What are his career earnings?
Joshua made his professional debut against Emanuele Leo back in 2013. Since his first outing against Emanuele Leo, the Englishman has fought all over the world – earning big paydays along the way.
One of the biggest wins of his career came in 2017 when he defeated boxing great Wladimir Klitschko. It was reported that the Englishman picked up a whopping £15m.
In his next fight, against Carlos Takam, The Telegraph reported that the Brit earned £11m – a slight decrease from his fight with Klitschko.
The biggest payday of his career so far came in the rematch with Andy Ruiz Jr back in 2019. Joshua would lose the first encounter via seventh-round TKO in what was the first professional loss of his career.

The rematch would see Joshua win via decision in Saudi Arabia. The former heavyweight world champion would walk away from the rematch with £66m.
After his fight with Ruiz Jr, the Englishman’s next fight took place in December 2020 against Kubrat Pulev – where he would go on to win via KO in the ninth round. On that night, the British star would walk away with £10m.
Following the win over Pulev, Joshua would fight Oleksandr Usyk twice. In the first meeting, Joshua earned £15m for the fight at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The Brit would lose to the Ukrainian via decision.
In the rematch, it was confirmed that the Brit received a minimum of £33.2m. Once again, he would go on to lose via decision.
Joshua’s last fight was back in April where he defeated Jermaine Franklin by unanimous decision in what was his first win since 2020. It was reported that he pocketed around £10m for the win against the American.
In total, The Telegraph reported that Joshua has earned roughly 200m throughout his career so far. The fight with Franklin is Joshua’s first since the defeat by Usyk.

Sponsorship deals
As well as his income in the ring, it is fair to say that the Brit has earned many big paydays outside of the ring.
In 2021, Joshua earned over £8m due to his deals with Under Armour, Hugo Boss, Land Rover and Jaguar.
However, in the subsequent financial year, up to February 2022, his endorsements fell, with his umbrella company 258 Management bringing in just £5,527,952. The drop-off amounts to around 35 per cent loss in endorsements.
Last year, the heavyweight left Sky Sports and signed an exclusive contract with DAZN that will see him earn another £100m over the course of five years with the company.
