Dillon Danis has finally been served with the papers notifying him that Logan Paul’s fiancee Nina Agdal is suing him ahead of their fight, despite his best efforts to avoid it.

Agdal, filed a lawsuit against Danis, who will face Paul in the ring on October 14, earlier this month after he continuously used the Danish model as a way to target his opponent.

Danis and Paul have exchange bitter blows on social media but the former took the rivalry to a shocking level last month when he shared an X-rated video of his rival’s fiancee discussing her sexual cravings online.

The shocking personal attacks led Agdal to file a lawsuit against Danis on Wednesday, claiming her fiancee’s opponent posted ‘despicable’ things about her more than 250 times since the bout was announced.

Danis had dodged a process server for over a week but was finally served Monday morning outside his apartment building in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Danis shared a shocking video online of Agdal explicitly talking about her need for sex

In a video obtained by TMZ, a process server waits for Danis outside the building as the fighter approaches with two friends.

‘I have a document for you, Mr. Danis,’ the server says as he attempts to hand the envelope to Danis.

However, the 30-year-old bizarrely denies that he’s Mr. Danis, responding: ‘That’s not me.’

Danis refuses to take the envelope and brushes off the man as he enters the building.

The process server is told he cannot enter the building, so instead places the envelop on the floor.

Danis has creatively avoided process servers for days, even pretending to be in North Korea.

But now that he has finally been served, under New Jersey law Danis will have 21 days to answer the complaint.

Agdal claims in the suit that she has suffered humiliation, emotional distress and reputational harm.

Paul proposed to Agdal in July during the couple’s romantic getaway in Lake Como

The former Victoria’s Secret model alleged that an August 11 post shared by Danis in particular violated federal and state law.

The post, she claims, featured a sexually explicit image of her from a ‘romantic encounter’ she had with someone more than 10 years ago.

‘Danis posted the photograph — entirely uncensored — from his X (Twitter) account, without Plaintiff’s consent,’ Agdal wrote in the suit. ‘Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photograph in order to maximize the number of views it would receive.’

The 31-year-old claimed that Danis agreed to remove the post only after the organizers of his fight with Paul, Misfits Boxing, threatened to cancel the showdown unless he deleted it.

Danis responded to the suit via X, informing his followers that he could not offer much comment at this time.

Agdal also said other posts have left her upset, including a video of her from more than sic years ago, he tweeted out on August 28 in which she talked about her ‘desire for intimacy during a period of celibacy.’

Agdal, who previously enjoyed a one-year relationship with Oscar-winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio, says in the now-viral clip: ‘By the way, I’m very proud of myself because this is the longest I’ve gone without sex since I’ve started.

‘Obviously, it’s driving me crazy. I am struggling, I need penis inside of me, ASAP.’

Danis has been sharing photos of Agdal with other men, including photoshopped images

Danis has even claimed to have explicit photos of the Swimsuit Illustrated cover star

She concludes the video by saying: ‘So if any of you guys know a good d*** that doesn’t have STD’s on it. I’ll take it, right here.’

Agdal claims the video was saved in her Snapchat archive, ‘suggesting Danis had hacked [her] personal account or had obtained the private video from someone who had done so.’

The case also states that although Agdal ‘had self-recorded that video, she never sent that private video recording to anyone.’

The Dane is seeking unspecified damages but no less than $150,000 per violation of the federal law prohibiting the sharing of intimate images.

She also filed for a restraining order, which was temporarily granted with an injunction also granted against Danis from posting any content about her that was ‘obtained without consent’ or ‘sexually explicit photographs’ of her.

Danis has been unapologetic over his trolling, claiming it is helping to promote the October 14 fight.

Despite Danis’s attacks, Paul insisted last month that his relationship with Agdal is only stronger.

Despite Danis’s attacks, Paul insisted that his relationship with Agdal is only stronger

‘I love this girl so f****ng much, [the relationship] is so much stronger,’ Paul said on his Impaulsive podcast.

‘Nothing will get between us, not some fake internet troll. His life has devolved to being a pretend fighter.

‘He’s attacking an uninvolved third-party, a woman. That’s all he has and I get it, all is fair in love and war. The amount of dirt I have on him sitting in my phone, but do I want to go there?’

The pair will settle their differences next month as they take to the ring in a co-main event alongside KSI and Tommy Fury in Manchester.
