Asian Games 2023 Live Updates:India have had a fairly successful campaign so far on a Super Tuesday at the Asian Games 2023. One gold, one silver and one bronze mean that India’s tally has increased to 14. The most positive aspect of India’s display was that the medals were won in disciplines where India have not been the strongest among competitors. Indian equestrian team made history as the side clinched gold in the Team Dressage event – the country’s first in the sport since 1982. Earlier, Neha Thakur brought home silver in Girl’s Dinghy – ILCA 4 category and Eabad Ali winning bronze in men’s windsurfer RS:X category. Later in the day, Wushu stars Surya Bhanu Partap Singh and Suraj Yadav will compete in their respective quarter-finals. A semi-final entry will assure India of at least bronze medals. Meanwhile, Indian Men’s 4x100m Medley Relay Team qualified for the final with a timing of 3:40.84s, which is a national record. (Asian Games 2023 Medals Tally)
