John Fury needed to be held back by security after almost getting into a fight with Jake and Logan Paul’s dad at an eventful open workout on Wednesday for his son Tommy’s fight with KSI this weekend.

The trash talking between KSI and Tommy will finally stop on Saturday night when they face each other at Manchester’s AO Arena.

There are still three days to go until the highly-anticipated bout, but John appears ready for fight night already, and he nearly got into a scrap himself with Jake and Logan’s dad Greg, who was in attendance ahead of Logan’s clash with Dillon Danis on the undercard.

After Wednesday’s open workouts had been completed, John took centre stage and began to shout ‘I’ll wipe the floor with all of you’ into a large group of people.

Greg seemed to take John’s words as a direct challenge and could be heard responding: ‘Come on John, let’s go!’

John needed to be held back by security as he aggressively approached Greg Paul

John was in no mood to back down, replying ‘If you think you can take it, Greg Paul, hey, I’ll let you hit me first!’

Greg hit back with a crude comment that proved the final straw for Fury Snr who started to approach Greg aggressively, forcing security to step in.

John was urged to ‘calm down’ by heavyweight contender Derek Chisora, but he appeared reluctant to listen as he vowed to ‘tear his f*****g head off’.

John’s outburst came just moments after he was involved in another altercation with KSI.

He had sat down for an interview with his son Tommy following his open workout, but they were interrupted by KSI goading the pair from an overlooking balcony.

With KSI refusing to keep quiet, John launched a bottle in his direction, forcing the YouTuber-turned-boxer to duck for cover.

KSI spat at John from a balcony earlier in the evening after he launched a bottle at him

After avoiding the bottle, KSI jumped back up and proceeded to spit in John’s direction from the balcony, although he missed his intended target.

The pair then exchanged words before John finally walked away, and turned his attention to Greg Paul.

John was also heavily involved at the first press conference for Tommy’s fight with KSI, as he flipped and smashed tables, causing the event to be brought to an abrupt end.

With another press conference set for Thursday and Friday’s weigh-in still to come before Saturday’s fight, it would not be a major surprise to see him take the spotlight once more in the coming days.
