John Fury has thanked his son Tyson in a video message saying there’s nothing ‘before or after’ the Gypsy King, despite his other son Tommy stepping inside the ring on Saturday.

Tommy Fury returns to the ring on Saturday for his highly-anticipated grudge bout with YouTuber-turned-boxer KSI at the AO Arena in Manchester.

The former Love Island star is the half brother of undefeated world heavyweight champion Tyson, who is currently preparing for his fight MMA star Francis Ngannou on October 28.

John has been by 24-year-old Tommy’s side in the build-up to the KSI fight, and he was involved in the public workout carnage which saw KSI spit at him on Wednesday.

But in a video message on Thursday, John thanked Tyson, 35, for everything he’s done for the family, while insisting there’s ‘nothing’ before or after the Gypsy King.

He said: ‘Quick shoutout to my big boy Tyson, I hope his training camp is going well.

‘I just want to say thank you Tyson for everything you’ve made possible for a wretch like me and the rest of your brothers.

‘Without you my friend, nothing was possible before you and there’s nothing after you. You are the best in the world, you’ve proved it and you’ve set a precedent.

‘All of us are just following in your footsteps and make the best way we can. Good luck to you. I’m paying you homage because you deserve it.

‘You are the best in the world. Without you there’s nothing. Thank you my son, I love you to bits. God bless ya.’

Tyson in return shared his father’s message on his Instagram story with the caption: ‘The Fury family.’

Tommy, who is undefeated over nine fights, fights another YouTuber in KSI, after he defeated Jake Paul by split decision back in February.

Though KSI has vowed to defeat Tommy, John Fury told Mail Sport, via Freebets this week that it’s ‘ludicrous’ of the British YouTuber to think he stands a chance.

KSI ducked for cover as Fury Snr threw a bottle up towards the balcony he was standing on

KSI then spat from the balcony in John’s direction, and angry words were exchanged between the pair

‘It’s nice for him to dream – but he can keep dreaming,’ he said. ‘Good luck to the guy, he’s coming to fight but there’s no way he can beat Tommy. I don’t care who he’s trained with what his mindset’s like, there’s no way in the world he can win.

‘It’s nonsense, ludicrous that he can even think it. One man’s been fighting all his life, messed around with the best fighter in the world, bred to fight. One’s been doing some YouTubing and only been boxing five minutes. How can he win? Come on. Give your head a wobble.

‘He might run round the ring squarking like a chicken and when Tommy catches up to him and knocks him out that’s what’s coming. Let him dream and talk big, enjoy the time because that’s the only time he will be big. On Saturday night you will see the difference between a man who can fight and one who can’t.’

Fury’s public workout session was the scene of carnage on Wednesday.

After working up a sweat on the pads, Tommy sat down for an interview with his dad, but their conversation was interrupted by KSI goading his opponent from the overlooking balcony.

The YouTuber-turned-boxer refused to stop, and Fury Snr finally ran out of patience. Getting to his feet, he threw a bottle up towards the balcony, forcing KSI to duck for cover.

Having avoided being hit by the bottle, KSI then leaned over the balcony and spat in John’s direction.

He failed to find his target, but angry words were exchanged between the pair as tensions continue to rise ahead of Saturday’s main event/
