Troubled boxer Ryan Garcia had a training session in Dallas last week rather than travel to Los Angles to be with his newborn son and toddler daughter, DailyMail.com can reveal.

The 25-year-old did not appear at his $3.1 million home near LA on Friday to spend the weekend with his baby Henry and three-year-old daughter Bela, despite a custody deal with his estranged wife previously allotting him certain weekends with his children.

Instead he posted videos of himself training in Dallas, Texas for his upcoming April 20 fight with WBC super-lightweight champion Devin Haney – and mentioned that girls on Instagram were asking if he was single.

In a video posted on Sunday from Dallas, he said he was dedicating the April match not to his newborn Henry, but to unnamed children supposedly abused by shadowy elites in a bizarre conspiracy theory that has left fans fearing for his mental health.

Meanwhile, estranged wife Andrea Velarde, had been seen taking care of their infant son in Los Angeles last week. The 25-year-old mom-of-two has remained living with the children at their $3.1M Porter Ranch home amid their divorce

He also insisted he was not having ‘some type of episode’ after tweeting confusing claims about a child-raping secret society, aliens and demons.

‘I’m not doing this for clout, I’m not doing this for anything. This does nothing for my fight, this is just me. There’s a lot of eyes on me and I’m bringing awareness for the kids. The little kids that are hurting,’ the boxer said in an a TikTok Live video.

‘My why [the] last fight was for my son Henry. I wanted to fight for him and that’s what I gave the fight to. This time, it’s for the children around the world.’

Garcia split from his wife Andrea Velarde on Christmas day last year, just two days after she gave birth to his son, his divorce filing shows.

The couple cited ‘irreconcilable differences’.

Mexican social media influencer Velarde, 25, reportedly caught Garcia cheating in 2020 while she was pregnant, but they patched things up.

The young mother has remained living with the children at their 5-bed, 3,680 sq ft Porter Ranch home in a gated community north west of Los Angeles.

It is unclear what their current legal custody arrangement is for their two kids.

A previous custody agreement filed on January 16 gave Garcia weekends with Bela at the house, and two four-hour periods with newborn Henry during that time, as well as daily 10-minute facetime calls between Garcia and his toddler daughter.

Garcia went on another lengthy Instagram Live rant on Sunday where he made a number of concerning claims

The custody arrangement was laid out in an order by a Los Angeles judge for the weekends beginning January 12 and 26.

Judge Dennis Hernandez said Garcia would have from 5:30pm on Friday January 12 until 7pm on Sunday January 14 with Bela, and from 10am on Friday January 26 until 7pm on Sunday January 28.

The order did not give explicit directions for subsequent weekends – and it appears Garcia has now quit spending each Saturday and Sunday with his youngest children in favor of fight training.

Last Friday there was no sign of Garcia at the property, with only Velarde’s baby blue Mercedes G Wagon in the driveway all day.

Garcia did not appear to show up on Saturday morning either, and streamed a live video on TikTok Saturday evening from an apartment in Dallas.

He had posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Wednesday March 6 that he was ‘on [a] plane back to go train with Derrick in Dallas,’ the location of his boxing camp.

On Friday he tweeted a ‘very important announcement’, bragging about women asking about his relationship status on Instagram.

‘I’m single, I had to clear that up. All the girls I posted on IG I was tripping,’ he wrote in the now-deleted post.

He posted a video on Instagram the same day of himself working a punchbag, apparently shot in his Dallas training gym, and on Saturday morning he posted a video playing hacky sack with friends in a Dallas high-rise apartment.

Just last week Garcia claimed he would no longer be discussing non-boxing-related topics

In one particularly disturbing post, Garcia claimed to have been raped when he was two

He shot a live video from the same apartment on Saturday evening.

Garcia and Velarde’s attorneys did not respond to requests for comment.

It appears the estranged couple may have worked out alternative custody arrangements to accommodate Garcia’s more intense training schedule for his upcoming fight.

It is also possible that the young boxer is taking time away from his kids to cool off, after a spate of bizarre social media posts that left fans fearing for his safety and mental health.

Posts from the 25-year-old’s account in the past week appeared to allege that he was raped by a family member at the age of two, has photographic proof that aliens exist and that he was previously a witness to ‘human trafficking’.

He doubled down on the tweets, telling controversial influencer Andrew Tate in an audio chatroom on X: ‘Bro I don’t give a f**k bro. They held me down, they made me watch little kids get raped, I don’t give a f**k anymore.’

Late last month he posted a worrying message saying: ‘This might be curtains,’ and ‘Been a fun run so far… I’m sad wtf. Drea call me back,’ referring to Velarde.

But on Thursday, he posted a video on Instagram, insisting his strange messages were not a sign of mental illness.

‘It may have felt as [if] it was some type of episode I can assure you it wasn’t,’ he wrote in a caption.

‘Over these past couple of days you guys have seen some pretty intense things. I understand what they are and I understand what they look like,’ he added in the video.

‘But I’m coming back to announce I’m not going to speak on any other topic but boxing, sports, and my fight.

‘I want everybody to know this fight is still on, 4/20, five weeks of super focus.’

Garcia and Velarde married three years ago on January 13 2021, a year after their daughter Bela was born, his divorce filing says.

Henry Leo Garcia was born on December 23, 2023, and the couple split two days later.

Velarde’s response to his divorce filing says she is requesting legal and physical custody of their two children, with visitation rights for Garcia, and spousal support from her ex.

Garcia, a top-ranking lightweight boxer, is worth an estimated $20million, according to sports news site Marca. His assets include Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari and Audi cars.

He became a household name in US boxing thanks to his good looks, flashy bravado and outspoken nature, as well as his proven ability for one-punch knockouts with both hands.

But he has had a turbulent love life.

He became a father at just 20 when his then-girlfriend Catherine Gamez gave birth to their daughter Riley in March 2019.

The couple split soon after, although their relationship is said to be amicable.

He found love again with Mexican fitness influencer Velarde, but in 2020 was reportedly caught cheating on her with TikTok star Malu Trevejo, while Velarde was pregnant.

Garcia was spotted kissing Trevejo after having dinner together, while he was away training for a bout against British star Luke Campbell.

Velarde blasted her then-boyfriend on social media as a ‘horrible evil human’.

‘Meanwhile, I go visit my family. He tells me he’s training hard for the fight. But IG shows me this,’ she said alongside photos of Garcia and Trevejo together.

‘Seven weeks left till I give birth and this piece of sh** stay being disgusting.

‘While he barely even sees Rylie, his daughter with @catherinegamez… @kingryang is a horrible evil human.’

Garcia defended himself online, saying he was just ‘caught up in the moment’.

‘Andrea and I aren’t engaged but we were still trying to fix our relationship. Malu and I went there as friends and we got caught up in the moment but there isn’t anything there, I didn’t intend to hurt anyone,’ he wrote.

The two patched things up, and Bela was born in December 2020.

He was set for a fight that could have crowned him WBC lightweight champion, but he pulled out in April 2021 a few months beforehand, citing his mental health.

He returned to the ring a year later, and has triumphed in three of four non-title fights.

Garcia now faces Devin Haney on April 20 in Vegas for the super lightweight title.
