Boxer Ryan Garcia has claimed he will interview a Nickelodeon child star next week amid the allegations of a toxic environment at the network.

ID’s Quiet On Set: The Dark Side Of Kids TV documentary, which was released at the weekend, made shocking claims about the network under former executive producer Dan Schneider, 58.

Following the series’ release, Garcia, who has recently made allegations of children being hurt, murdered and disappearing amid a number of troubling social media rants, claimed he would sit down with a former Nickelodeon child actor for a tell-all interview.

‘Huge interview with a Nickelodeon Child star next week on Wednesday or Thursday,’ he posted to X on Thursday afternoon.

‘I will go live on my tik tok We dive into everything More insight more proof.’

Schneider, who has been described as ‘Nickelodeon’s golden boy’ after he began working at the network in 1993, is said to have ‘launched the careers of child actors who became major stars’ including Miranda Cosgrove, Jamie Lynn Spears and Ariana Grande.

But he was later flooded with allegations before being sued over accusations of gender discrimination, hostile work environment and harassment.

Many of the troubling and disturbing accusations were divulged in the new documentary, which also made claims of a ‘toxic environment’ during his tenure, which ended when he left in 2018.

It explained that Nickelodeon had raised eyebrows under Schneider’s leadership with some of its shows that were ‘full of uncomfortable sketches.’

Among them were ‘disturbing’ scenes that ‘sexualized’ child star – including Ariana Grande who featured in scenes sticking her hand down her throat, putting her toes in her mouth, and talking about being ‘soaking wet’ at the age of 16.

Other parts also showed Ariana trying to get juice from a potato – which involved her squeezing it as hard as possible and letting out loud moaning noises – and attempting to drink water upside down in a provocative position – which resulted in it spilling all over her head and chest.

‘It was clear that there was a permissibility around these sexualized jokes with children,’ commentators in the documentary shared.

In recent days, a resurfaced clip being circulated online shows Schneider in a hot tub with an underage Amanda Bynes during a Nickelodeon sketch.

It was also revealed in the Quiet On Set expose that three members of Nickelodeon staff were charged over child sex abuse to varying degrees – as Drake Bell spoke for the first time about being abused by dialogue coach Brian Peck who was described as ‘very much one of the cogs in the Dan Schneider machine.’

In a recent interview, Schneider was quick to distance himself from the predators and stated that he had not been responsible for hiring Peck.

Christy Stratton and Jenny Kilgen were hired as co-writers for The Amanda Show and split a single salary – as the network got ‘two writers for the price of one.’

Both women claimed Schneider didn’t like having women in the writer’s room with Jenny claiming he would show her pornography on his computer screen and ask her to give him massages.

She even alleged that Schneider once said to Christy, ‘You know what would be funny? If you leaned over the table and acted like you were being sodomized and told that story about high school.’

Meanwhile, Garcia is still scheduled to fight Devin Haney for the WBC super lightweight title in Brooklyn on April 20, despite his recent stream of worrying social media outbursts raising concerns for his mental heath.

Many have called for the 25-year-old to receive help for his current state, but Garcia has regularly stated he is well and expects to take the fight.

He launched a series of disturbing posts at the beginning of the month where he appeared to allege that he was raped by a family member at the age of two, has photographic proof that aliens exist and that he was previously a witness to ‘human trafficking’.

Schneider, who is 20 years Bynes’ senior, defended his friend ship with the child star and said he had only been trying to help her ‘ regardless of what some people may think ‘

Among the boxer’s troubling social media have been claims of ‘little kids getting hurt.’

In an Instagram live rant earlier this month, he talked about how he was going to continue to speak up as he claimed ‘usually we just let it go and sweep it under the rug.’

‘I’m not, I’m going to keep on being loud,’ he added. ‘If they don’t like it, so be it. I’m the one that is the one that needs to stop talking when there’s little kids really getting hurt.

‘And I’ve already said this once, but no, there’s nothing crazy about me when I’m trying to save kids that are really getting hurt every day.

‘If you are really not standing up for that, you’re crazy. Little kids getting murdered, and then they disappear. So many disappearances. And I’m the only one screaming, help the children, the children are hurting.’

He claimed that many children – maybe up to ‘thousands’ – have disappeared at Disneyland.

Garcia later added, ‘I’m gonna start exposing everybody. I’m not being held hostage, I’m free now.’
